David Warner, CPA

David Warner established Warner & Harper CPAs in 1997 with his partner, Glenn Harper. He brought over 10 years of private practice experience to the new company, as well as a heightened awareness of the services a professional accounting firm should provide. David earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from The Ohio State University in 1981 and obtained his CPA certification in 1983. He lends his expertise and dedicates his time to a variety of professional organizations including The Ohio Society of CPAs, St. Agatha, the National Federation of Independent Business and the Grandview Marble Cliff Area Chamber of Commerce. David is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with his wife Karen, and two sons Jeff and Andy, as well as participating in a wide variety of outdoor activities.

 

Glenn Harper, CPA

Glenn Harper started working with David Warner in 1989 while attending The Ohio State University. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and obtaining his CPA certification, he partnered with David to form Warner & Harper in 1997. He is an active member of The Ohio Society of CPA's, The Columbus Children's Hospital Foundation Development Board, and The Ambassadors Council of Capital Club Columbus. In his spare time, Glenn enjoys spending time with is three children, Austin, Riley, and Megan, and his wife, Holly. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, camping, running, and reading.

 

Katie Cox, Senior Accountant

Katie Cox, formerly Katie Harper, joined the accounting firm of David Warner & Associates in 1995, and continued on with Warner & Harper when the firm was formed in 1997. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the Ohio State University in 1998. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Franklin University in 1999 and became Warner & Harper's Senior Accountant. She served as a President of the Greater Columbus chapter of Business Network International, and sits on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the TriVillage Mentor League, an affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jerry and her son Coen. Her hobbies include 4wheeling, target shooting, archery, kayaking, running, and golf.
